JUNIOR ACADEMY
At Riviera Golf is possible to learn golf with a fun, exciting and intuitive approach. Our specialized teachers use the SNAG® Method: this American approach is conceived for young
players (2 years or older) and covers all the basic elements of the Golf, teaching through functional instruments the basics of an highly inclusive sport with a worldwide playership.

Instructors
Mauro Bianco
Born in 1962 and pro since 1984, he showcases a career full of successes in the most renowned tourneys and competitions.
He won the Juvenile Italian Championship in 1977, Juniores Italian Championship in 1980, National Medal Championship in 1982 and International Switzerland Championship in 1982; finalist at National Match Play Championship in 1981, he took part at the Team World Championship, an outstanding achievement for a golf lover. He attended at the British Open Senior in 2015, where he faced Tom Watson, Gary Player, Fred Couples and many other champions. He played for 3 years in the European Tour and 7 years in the Challenge Tour, where he won several national and international competitions. In 2015 he won, along with the Italian legend Costantino Rocca, the Doubles Senior National Championship and Seniores Italian Championship.
From 1995 to 2016 he taught at Bologna Golf Academy, in 2017 he began a new adventure at Mauro Bianco Golf Academy, where he strives to impart his passion and his techniques to the players who learn from him.
Golf offers the opportunity to play in a natural environment and enjoy gorgeous landscapes; privacy, speculations and calculations, the pauses between the strokes… they all offer an occasion to exercise mind and to follow a stream of consciousness. It’s fundamental to play golf easily and with enjoyment, it’s also the way to aim to winning results.
Filippo Bernabè
Born in 1990 and pro since 2017, his passion for the golf grew on the courses of Riviera Golf. He is young however he already won a few competitions, like Città of Osimo Tourney 2015; in 2016 he reached A1 Series of the National Team Championship. He already began to teach to younger players, to whom he is able to deeply relate due to the empathy which guided him during his career.
The first opponent to beat is you, your fears. In every match, every day, at any stroke… you feel this conflict, and when you can overcome yourself it’s simply great.

Try golf
The course is aimed at all those who wish to approach this sport. The three main sectors of the game will be addressed:
1. Long game
Learning the swing (the complete golf movement that allows us to hit the ball).
2. Short game
Approach to the Green
(Approach or “half swing” is defined as the limited movement to cover shorter distances when near the green).
3. Putting
Learning the correct use of the Putter (The Putter is defined as the stick with which the shot is made from the surface of the Green).
Beginners course 3 lessons

Play Golf
Aimed at players who have taken the Try Golf course.
The following activities will be addressed:
• Learn the fundamentals of the shot from the bunker
• Customization of the practice through video analysis
• Acquire the skill necessary to perform special shots such as Chip, Pitch and Lob
Objective: to make Swing and all the other fundamentals Automatic, Repetitive and Effective to face the first experiences on the game course.

Become a golfer
Aimed at players who have taken the Play Golf course.
The objective of the course is to achieve full golfing autonomy, through the issue of the national qualification “GA” (Enabled Player) necessary and mandatory for free access to the regulated courses.
